At Boil Em Up, all products sold on this website are perishable food items and are prepared fresh, sealed, and shipped for consumption.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been shipped.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Food items cannot be returned for safety and health reasons

  • Texture, spice level, seasoning, and moisture are intentional and described in each product listing

  • Personal taste preferences do not qualify for refunds


🌶️ Product Expectations

Our items are:

  • Fully cooked and marinated

  • Often wet or saucy by design

  • Seasoned with Southern spices and heat

  • Soft in texture due to slow cooking and brining

These characteristics are not defects and are part of the product experience.


🚚 Shipping Issues & Damaged Orders

We will only review refund or replacement requests if:

  • The order arrives damaged due to shipping, AND

  • You contact us within 24 hours of delivery, AND

  • You provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue

Approved claims may receive a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

  • “Too spicy” or “not spicy enough”

  • “Too wet” or “too much sauce”

  • “Didn’t like the taste”

  • “Texture was soft”

  • Failure to read the product description
