  • Orders placed after Thursday will ship the following Monday

This policy helps prevent packages from sitting in transit over the weekend.

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days

  • Cutoff times may apply depending on order volume

  • Orders placed on holidays will be processed the next business day

❄️ Perishable Items

All items are:

  • Fully cooked

  • Sealed for freshness

  • Intended to arrive and be refrigerated immediately upon delivery

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and retrieving packages promptly.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:
